Proclaim is an all-ministry conference for all pastoral and catechetical leaders, teachers, and volunteers. 

Friday night dinner & entertainment 

• There are 4 possible workshop sessions: 2 on Friday and 2 on Saturday. All participants must choose their workshops when they register for the conference.
• Before entering the registration page, we suggest that all participants view the Schedule page to view the selection of workshops and be ready to make your choice during registration.

Registration will open on Monday, August 12, 2024. If you signed up on the Interest List, you will receive an email notification when registration opens.  

• Yes, there is an option to register multiple participants. If you are doing a Group Registration for Proclaim, please note that you’ll need to choose workshop sessions for all attendees you are registering.
• If you do not know the workshop session choices for your attendees, you may also request help from the Proclaim staff. Please send an email to proclaim@archgh.org to request help with other options for group registration.

Yes, you can but you will need to pay the difference of the in-person fee.  Contact proclaim@archgh.org.

The Virtual includes live streaming keynote presentations and 4 on-demand workshops. Go to the virtual tab or click here for more information.

• Friday lunch will include either a ham or turkey sandwich, chips, cookie, cup of fruit, and a drink.
• Saturday lunch will include a hot box with chicken, rice, and beans along with chips and a drink.

There will be vegetarian and gluten free options. If there are other restrictions or allergies, please note them during registration. We do not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every need.

• Lunch seating at Proclaim will be limited. We’ll have some seating available in Sexton Hall. The keynote area in Christus Center will also be available for lunch seating.

Lunch will be served for all participants in Sexton Hall.

There will be available parking all around the church campus. Please be aware of the parking attendants present to assist you.  

You can go to your registration and make changes to your workshop choices prior to the conference. 

Yes, all workshops are available to all registrants. When registering, you can choose to filter by language, but you are not required to do so. 

Đêm Đố vui sẽ có rất nhiều câu đố. Chúng tôi muốn xem kiến thức của bạn về thập niên 90, tai nạn lịch sử, hài kịch lãng mạn hoặc các sự kiện Olympic thất bại. Bạn KHÔNG cần phải là một chuyên gia trong mọi lãnh vực, nhưng bạn sẽ có cơ hội thể hiện thiên tài độc đáo của mình!

• o Những ai tham dự Đêm Đố vui sẽ có bữa ăn tối. Có thể là gà hoặc cá hồi với khoai tây nghiền nát, rau xà lách, bánh mì, nước uống.
• o Xin xem chi tiết phía trên để biết những chế độ ăn uống hạn chế (dietary restriction).

Đêm Đố vui sẽ được chơi theo nhóm. Hãy rủ thêm vài người bạn cùng đến tham dự để tạo thành một nhóm hoặc chúng tôi sẽ xếp nhóm cho bạn, bạn sẽ có cơ hội gặp gỡ một số người bạn mới. Giải thưởng sẽ được trao cho 3 nhóm đứng đầu
