Proclaim is an all-ministry conference for all pastoral and catechetical leaders, teachers, and volunteers. 

Friday night dinner & entertainment 

• There are 4 possible workshop sessions: 2 on Friday and 2 on Saturday. All participants must choose their workshops when they register for the conference.
• Before entering the registration page, we suggest that all participants view the Schedule page to view the selection of workshops and be ready to make your choice during registration.

Registration will open on Monday, August 12, 2024. If you signed up on the Interest List, you will receive an email notification when registration opens.  

• Yes, there is an option to register multiple participants. If you are doing a Group Registration for Proclaim, please note that you’ll need to choose workshop sessions for all attendees you are registering.
• If you do not know the workshop session choices for your attendees, you may also request help from the Proclaim staff. Please send an email to proclaim@archgh.org to request help with other options for group registration.

• Friday lunch will include either a ham or turkey sandwich, chips, cookie, cup of fruit, and a drink.
• Saturday lunch will include a hot box with chicken, rice, and beans along with chips and a drink.

• We are able to offer special meals for those who register with a dietary restriction of either vegetarian or gluten-free. We are not able to offer any other special meals to meet other dietary concerns.
• The deadline to register with a dietary restriction is Sunday, October 20th. Any participants who register after that point will not be guaranteed a special meal. We will do our best to meet all dietary requests.

• Lunch seating at Proclaim will be limited. We’ll have some seating available in Sexton Hall. The keynote area in Christus Center will also be available for lunch seating.

Lunch will be served for all participants in Sexton Hall.

There will be available parking all around the church campus. Please be aware of the parking attendants present to assist you.  

You can go to your registration and make changes to your workshop choices prior to the conference. 

Yes, all workshops are available to all registrants. When registering, you can choose to filter by language, but you are not required to do so. 

Trivia night will feature a wide variety of trivia. We might test your knowledge of 90s grunge, historical accidents, romantic comedies, or failed Olympic events. You will NOT be an expert in every category, but you will get the opportunity to show off your unique genius!<

• The Trivia Night will include a catered dinner for those who join us. Dinner will include option of chicken or salmon along with mashed potatoes, salad, dinner roll, and drink.

The Trivia Game will be played on teams. Bring a few friends to create a team or let us randomly place you on a team to meet some new friends. Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 teams.
