Catholic Youth of African Descent (CYAD)is a one-day event created to celebrate the giftedness and beauty of Catholic Youth of African Descent within the local church of Galveston-Houston. The day is designed for junior and senior high school students, providing them with a forum to discern, reflect, fellowship, and celebrate the love of Christ with their peers. This year's theme will "Testimony Time", based on the following scripture: "Thus faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ." Romans10:17

 The event will be held at St. Monica Parish from 10 am to 5:45 pm.  Check in will be begin at 9:30 am.         Cost-$15.00
