Gary Thome is the founder of the Catholic lay apostolate LOVING STONES of CHRIST and co-author of Pathways to Discipleship, an innovative study series helping Catholics grow as disciples of Christ. He is also a member of the board of directors of Heartbeat International, a Christian worldwide pregnancy help organization, and founder of prenataldiagnosis.org, a referral website and network of providers for parents receiving a prenatal diagnosis. A seasoned executive in the technology industry and holder of 50 US patents, he retired in 2020 following a 32-year career to focus on ministry work. He and his wife Pam have five children and reside in Houston, TX where they are active in their parish.
