Do you feel the call to practice the Work of Mercy of comforting the sad? Do you want to go out and find Jesus in those who suffer? When we comfort others, we experience God's mercy in ourselves, we feel useful by helping others, and grow in acceptance of our own grief. Family Life Ministry invites those who feel the calling to be Ministers of Consolation to participate in this formation class.
You will learn how to accompany those who are suffering the loss of loved ones and you will receive tools and resources to start a Comfort Group in your Parish.

Registration includes materials and meals for both training days.
