The Archdiocesan Hispanic Ministry Conference is a day of formation and resources where the participants will obtain tools that will assist them in the accompaniment and pastoral work they have in their parish community, institution, or group. This conference is for all parish leaders, lay groups, priests, deacons, consecrated religious, young adults, parish staff, parish councils, and all of those doing ministry and providing pastoral care and accompaniment to Hispanic/Latino Catholics in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.
The conference begins with a bilingual Mass followed with keynote presentations and workshops in English and Spanish in the areas of cultural diversity and integration, professional and pastoral leadership, ministry to Hispanic youth and young adults, ministry and spirituality of Hispanic Catholics, stewardship, Catholic Social Teaching, mission and discipleship, human formation, communion and unity, and others.
