This workshop is designed for anyone who oversees the Confirmation process (youth or adult) or volunteers who help with this ministry. The workshop will include a brief theology segment for the sacrament, different methods of implementation, review archdiocesan norms/policies, and practice dealing with pastoral challenges/situations.
