This workshop is designed for anyone who oversees the Penance and Reconciliation and/or First Holy Communion process or volunteers who help with this ministries. The workshop will include a brief theology segment for the sacraments, different methods of implementation, review archdiocesan norms/policies, and practice dealing with pastoral challenges/situations.
