Director for the Office of Ministry to Persons with Disabilities, responsible for the Mental Health Ministry and the Deaf & Hard of Hearing Apostolate. She holds an undergrad from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree from Franciscan University at Steubenville in Catechetics and Evangelization. Melissa has served for decades in education specializing in learning differences both in the public and private sector. She has also served as licensed director for the early childhood center at her local home parish. Melissa is a devoted mother of two sons. She currently serves as President Board elect chair of the Federation for Catechesis with Hispanics. She is excited to serve Our Lord Jesus by building bridges wherever God leads her.
