Born and raised in California, Robert now calls Texas home—a move inspired by a quiet whisper in prayer that changed the direction of his life. He’s a proud Clippers fan, a 90’s hip hop and R&B fanatic, and a dedicated weightlifting and fitness enthusiast since 2016. For him, the gym has become more than a place to train—it’s a sacred space where he regularly encounters God.

His mission is to draw others closer to God through movement, prayer, and community—and to leave them feeling strong, empowered, and deeply loved. As the Catechism reminds us, “We are body and spirit... we must pray with our whole being to give all power possible to our supplication” (CCC 2702).
