We will take a deep dive into praying with Scripture using both Ignatian and Benedictine styles to help us listen and speak to the Lord. There will be time for silent reflecting as well as time to practice specific methods to add to your own prayer. Whether you are new to prayer or looking to be more intentional, this day retreat is for you.
