Dcn. Scott Ryan is a husband, father, grandfather, and Associate Director of Formation in the Office of Worship for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.
He has a passion for helping others build strength, improve their health, and develop discipline through fitness and nutrition with Hypuro Fit, a Catholic fitness company rooted in the philosophy “self-mastery for self-gift,” inspired by St. John Paul II.
His first dream was to become a rock star. That dream eventually gave way to family, service, and a much more Catholic-aligned fitness goal: staying healthy and strong enough to carry his beautiful wife of 22 years around when they are old. His message is simple: show up, do hard things, persevere, and offer it all up for the love of God and the good of others.
