Amy Auzenne is the Director of the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis for the Archdiocese of Galveston Houston. She holds a bachelor's degree in American Studies (Mount Holyoke College), a master's degree in Social Work (University of Houston), and a master's degree in Catholic Education (University of St. Thomas, Houston). Amy is the co-host of "Community Conversations," a monthly national online dialogue on faith and racial justice based on the USCCB pastoral letter on racism, "Open Wide Our Hearts". She has been married to her husband Kelly for 25 years; they have four children. Amy and her family are parishioners at Our Lady Star of the Sea parish.
