Those who are employed in professional ministry might often feel overwhelmed by the obstacles in ministry. Those obstacles could include everything from church structures and unengaged parishioners to obstacles in their personal lives that distract from the ministry. The call of Christ is to have the faith of a child and to reach out our hand to Him in trust when faced with challenging situations.
