As teachers we are caregivers, and seen as the visible angels to our students. There has been a rise in behavioral concerns with early learners due to possible lack of social interaction during the pandemic. Therefore, the key to a positive classroom environment is understanding Behavior Challenges by shedding light on factors influencing behavior challenges, Positive Teacher Strategies, Effective Communication, Emotional Regulation, Building resilience, and Collaboration between Parents and Caregivers.
