Annette was born in the island of Puerto Rico and spent her childhood with the Atlantic Ocean as her backyard. She moved to Philadelphia to attend St. Joseph’s University where Ignatian spirituality helped her develop a strong relationship with Jesus and graduated with a degree in Marketing. She spent two years in New York City doing mission work and later moved to Texas where she has been serving in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston for almost 23 years. In 2022 she earned a graduate degree in Theological Studies from the University of Dallas.
