Matthew found his passion for working in parish ministry early on and through his Pastoral Ministry studies at the University of Dallas, continued this passion into his studies at Notre Dame with a Master's in Theology. He has been in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston for 8 years now, having come as an Echo Apprentice in 2018. He now works as the Associate Director of Evangelization and Catechesis with Adults at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church, where he works with Sacramental Preparation, Family Faith Formation and other Adult ministries for the Parish Community. Alongside his work in the Church, Matthew also loves Formula 1, comics, sloths, Ladybug, and his wife Kelsey.
