Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way people learn, communicate, work, and seek meaning. Yet behind unprecedented technological progress lies a growing spiritual poverty marked by loneliness, anxiety, information overload, and a loss of human connection. Inspired by Magnifica Humanitas and the missionary spirit of St. Francis, this workshop explores how catechists and evangelizers can bring the Gospel to the “new poor” of the digital age. Participants will examine both the opportunities and challenges of AI for catechesis and evangelization, discover practical ways to use AI responsibly in ministry, and learn how to proclaim the Good News with compassion, creativity, and authenticity. The session will offer concrete examples, resources, and strategies for sharing Christ in a rapidly changing world while safeguarding the dignity of every human person.
