Description

Many Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) youth grow up balancing multiple cultures, languages, and expectations - often feeling like we’re too much for one world and not enough for another. But what if that “hyphen” - between Asian and American, tradition and modern life, family and faith - isn’t a conflict, but a calling?

In this workshop, we’ll explore what it means to live fully in that in-between space as Catholic AAPI youth. Through stories, shared experiences, and examples from saints and holy witnesses, we’ll discover that our complex identity is not a burden to hide, but a bridge of hope for the Church and the world. As pilgrims in the Jubilee Year, we’re not lost in the middle - we’re sent from it.
